My name is Sophia Aiello, and I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Widener University in 2022, followed by my Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Children and Families from Rutgers University in 2024. Currently, I am in the process of completing my Masters of Business Administration in Organziational Leadership at Eastern University, which I expect to complete in August 2026.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of populations in various settings, including the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, Widener University’s Integrated Studies Program, inpatient pediatric psychiatry, preschool environments, and alternative education programs at the middle and high school levels. I currently serve as a Licensed Clinician supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

It has long been a personal and professional goal of mine to share my knowledge of the field in order to promote awareness, reduce stigma, and empower caregivers. I am especially passionate about supporting parents, educators, and professionals as they guide children and adolescents navigating neurodiverse needs, mental illness and social, emotional and behavioral challenges and changes.

Through my speaking engagements, I aim to inspire meaningful conversations, foster resilience, and remind audiences that they, too, are A Piece of the Puzzle—an integral part of the support systems that can truly change lives.
