As a Licensed Social Worker I currently work as a licensed clinician in a community-based residential program supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, I provide individual & group therapy, case management, train staff, plan community outings, facilitate meetings and off family therapy and support groups to help individuals build emotional regulation, communication, and social skills. I collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create a person-centered plan that promotes long-term growth and stability. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based care, and reflects a deep commitment to improving outcomes for mental illness, neurodiverse children and their families as well an nurturing workplace relationships.
